Reizen in Zweden

The preparation

It is important that you do not take too much luggage with you on your trip. Everything has to fit in the canoe/kayak and the less you take with you, the easier the canoe/kayaking will go as well as land transport. A maximum weight of 20 kg per person is ideal!

This of course depends on the number of days you are going to do a canoe / kayak trip and which trip you are going to do. If you have a trip with land transport, this requires more energy from you than a trip without land transport. When packing, keep in mind that our land transport trucks can carry about 100 kilos. This includes canoe or kayak. It also depends on whether you go wild camping or stop at a campsite along the way and whether you can buy something to eat and drink along the way.
